Our Raw Sauerkraut and fermented vegetable products are fermented for 30-55 days using a wild-craft fermentation method with a pink Himalayan sea salt brine. That means we do not add a starter culture but utilize the natural bacteria (i.e. Lactobacillus acidophilus), that already exists on the outside of fresh vegetables. This fermentation process results in a tasty, raw, and probiotic-rich, product. Our wide variety of flavors ensures that something can be found for any palate to enjoy.

Some of our fan favorites are also some of the hardest to ship! Since we cold ship every product to make sure we keep the highest quality, this unfortunately does not allow us to ship outside of Southern California.

For cold shipping please check out as you normally would. The shipping rates may seem high but please remember we have to 1-2 day cold ship these products to ensure their quality for you.
Free Delivery within San Diego County on orders $50 or more. Please allow 3-4 days for delivery and we will notify you to leave a cooler outside the day before we deliver.
We also offer pick from our kitchen during most weekdays. Please just choose the pick up option at check out and someone on our team will confirm when your order is ready to go.
