Shipping policy

We ship all of our orders with with either UPS or USPS and can deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you enter a P.O. Box at checkout your order will be held until we can verify a physical shipping address for you.

When will my order ship?

Due to the evolving Covid-19 situation, shipping carriers have received an influx in shipping volume causing short carrier delays. We provide an estimated delivery date for your order during the shipping selection in the checkout process. This estimated date is not guaranteed but we do try and ship as quickly as we can.

Where will my order ship from?

All of our orders are shipped from our Distribution Center at 1100 N Magnolia, El Cajon CA 92020

Which days do you deliver packages on?

Monday−Friday Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Reference the estimated delivery date in checkout. Note: Shipments are only picked up Monday−Friday.
